First working release: 18 tools covering GSC search analytics, URL inspection, Indexing API (true HTTP batch), sitemaps, and properties. OAuth + Service Account auth. JSON output with _meta block on every response. Retry logic on 429/5xx with exponential backoff. Quota tracking for Indexing API (warns at 180/200 req/day).
