Description
followup from #2590 - periodically fetch new keys from manager. This applies when the OrgRules contain key_manager_url.
Same as FlowCrypt/flowcrypt-ios#841 except replace "on app startup" with "when content scripts are loaded in Gmail webview", further except that you might as well include FlowCrypt/flowcrypt-ios#1559
In both cases you may more or less directly copy the test cases including test data. Also the iOS implementation as showin in the two PRs should answer some of your questions.
