evaluate shared mailboxes (delegated rights) and mailing lists

Shared mailboxes are not implemented yet.

There isn't anything preventing us from implementing delegated rights / shared mailboxes use case.

There would be one additional keypair per each shared mailbox. The public key would be associated with the shared address, and the private one would get automatically distributed to every user that has access to the mailbox, thanks to EKM.
This means that the EKM would have to be configured with (read only) GSuite Admin API token in its properties file, to find out info about shared mailboxes.
Finally, a few more updates to the browser extension to be aware of this.

Mailing lists can be implemented the same way.

Customer tested this scenario and got error during login. However, the error looked quite hopeful. We could set this up on our own accounts and see what we can do.

We already have robot@ mailbox, could add delegated.access.to.robot@ account as well to test this.
