Include FlowCrypt browser extension version on the uninstall feedback?

I think it would be useful to include the FlowCrypt browser extension version in the uninstall feedback for statistical purposes.

Currently, the uninstall feedback feature is in the flowcrypt-web repo, which is fine. However, we should consider adding a way to pass a string containing the version the user uninstalled, so we can track it. On the other hand, this might be unnecessary, since users who uninstall the extension are likely on the latest version anyway, due to the extension’s auto-update mechanism.

Definitely not needed-users will always be using the latest version at the time of uninstall.
