Remove the banned role word from this board's tracked files #162

Description

@iderex

The order of 30 August removes a role word from everything this project writes: it describes the operator from outside, which is the voice this fleet does not use. The write path already refuses it, and every issue and pull request text on this board has been repaired. What is left is the tree.

5 tracked files here carry it:

  • CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
  • SECURITY.md
  • decisions/licensing.md
  • decisions/site-language.md
  • internal/lang/lang.go

What to write instead: first person where the sentence is about this account ("I decided on 2026-08-09", "the address I publish"), a plain role name where it genuinely describes a role somebody else fills, and nothing that reports on the operator from outside. Where the word sits in text this project did not write - a licence, a code of conduct adopted verbatim, GitHub's own CODEOWNERS syntax - it is somebody else's vocabulary and stays; say so in the pull request rather than leaving it unexplained.

Done when git grep -il against the head returns only files of that last kind, and each one is named in the pull request with the reason it stays.
