fix: Add correct WebView entitlements for macOS without sandboxing

Adds required entitlements for Tauri WebView to function properly:
- com.apple.security.cs.allow-jit (WebView JIT compilation)
- com.apple.security.cs.allow-unsigned-executable-memory (WebView execution)
- com.apple.security.device.microphone (voice chat)
- com.apple.security.device.camera (webcam access)

Does NOT enable app-sandbox to maintain compatibility with v0.10.0.
Screen sharing works via getDisplayMedia() runtime permissions.
