v0.17.1 — podspec version fix

Metadata only; no code changes since v0.17.0.

FluidAudio.podspec had read 0.15.8 since that release, so CocoaPods consumers pinning by tag resolved stale version metadata, and spec.source (which derives its tag from v#{spec.version}) pointed at the wrong commit. The Podspec Version Check had been failing on every tag since v0.15.7; this brings the podspec back in line.

Swift Package Manager users are unaffected and can stay on v0.17.0 — see its notes for the Nemotron 3 Diarization release.
