Am I reading the CI output right, that this is still failing black tests? |

With the latest updates, black tests have failures in around 70 files. I'll try to fix those changes in some smaller chunks that can be reviewed more easily. |

Also update driven_cavity example in accordance with checks.
Apparently somewhere along the way autocommit of pre-commit hooks was added as well. We're too far behind in automated changes to go over them all at once, so I'm disabling the autocommit for now.
