Current Behavior
The 'Trigger Push Notification' action shows no configurable fields (Notification Title/Text/Recipients/Initial Page) in the Define Action panel — the panel stays completely empty after selecting the action. The Issues panel confirms the action exists internally with 2 unset required fields: "Notification recipients in trigger push notification action is not properly set" and "Initial page not set for trigger push notification action" — but clicking those errors does not jump to any field.
Reproduced on both the desktop app AND the web editor (app.flutterflow.io), on multiple different widgets/pages (tested on a MuxBroadcast On Broadcast Start action, and separately on a Row On Tap action on a different page), after a successful Push Notifications deploy (Deployment Status: Deployed).
Tried without success: mouse click on the action, keyboard selection (search + arrow keys + Enter), deleting and recreating the action, full app restart.
Expected Behavior
Selecting "Trigger Push Notification" should display its configuration fields (Notification Title, Notification Text, Recipients/Audience selector, Initial Page) so the action can be properly set up.
Steps to Reproduce
Open any page/widget with an On Tap (or other) trigger in the Action Flow Editor
Click "+" to add a new action
Search for and select "Trigger Push Notification"
Observe that the Define Action panel shows only the action name dropdown, with no fields below it (no Notification Title, Text, Recipients, or Initial Page fields)
Open the Issues panel (bug icon) — it shows 2 errors: "Notification recipients in trigger push notification action is not properly set" and "Initial page not set for trigger push notification action" — confirming the action exists but its fields are not rendering in the UI
