Restores full key parity (1502 → 1507 en keys; 0 gaps across 47 languages).
- Adds 5 keys that were referenced in WelcomeImageEditor but absent from the
English source entirely, so they rendered as raw keys in every language:
imageEditor.{clientMode,serverMode,switchToServer,switchToClient,previewFailedHint}
- Propagates 25 keys present in en but missing from all other locales
(common: variableField.*/variables.*; guilds.refresh).
- Real translations for the 9 fully-translated languages
(ar de es fr ja pt ru ur zh-CN); English fallback for the other 39,
matching the existing "9 major langs translated, rest fall back to en" pattern.
- Interpolation placeholders ({{token}}/{{suggestion}}/{{event}}/{{count}})
preserved; all locale JSON validated.
