Pre-release - plugin continuation

This is the first pre-release of the continuation of the GE Concord Alarm Panel plugin by Douglas De Couto.

Douglas is no longer maintaining that plugin, so I've taken it over. The plugin name and ID have changed, so you'll need to re-create your devices. You should be able to edit your existing devices and change them to the new plugin and not have to edit actions or triggers that use the devices.

Alarm sensors (door, window, motion) are now Indigo sensors, so you should be able to use them as you would Z-wave or Insteon sensors.
