Tab-header refinements for the auto-collapsing tab header.

  • Removed the invalid z-index: 16px declaration.
  • Removed the pointer-events override on .view-header and the background-color override on .workspace-leaf.
  • Scoped the resize-handle rule to horizontal splits inside .mod-root instead of requiring both classes on the same element.
  • Moved the resize handle from 180px to 160px.
