Learn about vigilant mode.

First release on PyPI: pip install legaldown-render. It renders LegalDown (specification 0.2, Rendering level) to HTML and plain text.

  • Built on legaldown-validator 0.3.0: nested lists ("2.1(b)(i)"), block quotes and list items that hold other blocks, table alignment, hard line breaks, and section numbers from the validator
  • Templates with answers: --answers answers.yaml / render(..., answers=...)
  • Validator findings show their line numbers in the CLI
  • Known limitations: see CONFORMANCE.md (link reference definitions, ForLegalAI/legaldown-validator#92)
