What's new in v0.2.0

Fix: Lock/Unlock now works physically

The core lock/unlock command was being silently rejected by the lock hardware. The BLE frame sent to the lock requires the lock password (hc field from the device config) embedded as interleaved bytes. Without it, the lock decrypted the frame, found a wrong password, and sent a NACK — while the server still returned success, causing HA to show the state change but the physical bolt to never move.

  • Access log events: HA bus events fire when someone enters/exits (lockly_lock_event)
  • Last Access sensor: shows most recent user and timestamp
  • Guest management services: lockly.list_guests, lockly.add_guest, lockly.delete_guest
  • Door sensor binary entity (availability depends on hub firmware)
  • Corrected directive values (lock/unlock instead of L/U)
  • Fixed repeated BLE beeping caused by a startup query retry bug
  • Better battery percentage using wakeup voltage from the lock
