Summary of changes

1. Fixed the OS terminal pop-ups (src-tauri/src/lib.rs)

The culprit: several child processes were spawned without the Windows CREATE_NO_WINDOW flag, so each one flashed/kept a visible console window:

• Added a suppress_window() helper that applies creation_flags(0x0800_0000) (CREATE_NO_WINDOW) on Windows and is a no-op on macOS/Linux.
• Applied it to all 4 spawn sites:
  • check_ollama_installed() — the ollama --version probe (this one ran on app startup — likely your main offender)
  • find_ollama_binary() — second ollama --version probe
  • start_ollama_server() — the long-lived ollama serve process (this one stayed open)
  • run_command() — every agent tool call spawning powershell.exe
• The in-app xterm terminal (terminal_create) was left untouched — it intentionally uses a ConPTY and doesn't create a visible window.

2. Revamped the agentic tool limits

3. Agent activity is now one collapsible list (src/components/AgenticActivity.tsx)

• All tool calls now live in a single group card with a compact summary header: status dot (amber pending / pulsing blue running / red failed / green done), "Agent activity · N tool calls · X running · Y failed", and cumulative +adds −dels diff stats.
• Collapsed by default — the header is the only thing in the chat; it never covers your conversation anymore.
• Expanding reveals a scrollable list (max-height with overflow) where each row can still be clicked to show its diff/output/error.
• Removed the old behavior that auto-expanded every diff, which was what blew up the chat.
• Added a hover "✕" on the header to dismiss the whole feed at once; per-row dismiss still works.
• Destructive-tool approval cards stay always visible (Enter/Esc shortcuts preserved).
