33f7e6e: Add a default request scheduler, a capture hook and replay mode.
createRequestScheduler(options)keeps one queue per host and stops a host on HTTP 429, on a 403 to the scanner's own User-Agent or the browser baseline, and on two 503s in a row. ARetry-Afterlonger thanmaxRetryAfterMsstops the host instead of waiting. A request waiting out a cooldown waits again when a later response extends it.exportState, importStateandonChangelet a caller keep host stops and cooldowns across runs.- The fetcher now reports a 403 to the browser baseline User-Agent as the scanner's own (
ownAgent: true). A scheduler stops such a host instead of continuing to request it. onExchangeoncreateFetcherandrunScanrecords each request sent, redirect hops included, with the response bytes the fetcher read, partial bytes of a body that failed included. A scan that reuses cached origin evidence reports the exchanges behind it. AnonExchangethat throws leaves the result unchanged. The fetcher counts failed live deliveries insummary().captureErrors; the scan logs failed cached deliveries.createReplay(exchanges)and the newfetcher, lookupandnowscan options re-run a scan from its captures with no network access. A replay matches requests exactly, in the order the live scan started them;misses()andambiguous()list what it could not answer or could answer two ways. Probe names and tokens now derive fromscanId, and audit date comparisons, scannedAt,durationMsand the origin read time use the scan clock.- New exports:
createRequestScheduler,HostStoppedError,HostStopReason,schedulerHostKey,createReplay,withScanEnvironment,scanNow,buildOfflineContext,parsePageContext,pageRendersText,extractMicrodata,extractRdfa, and theFetcher,FetcherSummary,HttpExchange,HostStateand related types.
Patch Changes

33f7e6e: Preserve scan-level headers when using a supplied fetcher, including replay. Per-request headers keep case-insensitive precedence, and replay still requires an exact request match.
Keep warm-cache scans running when the capture callback throws while receiving cached origin exchanges. Log the capture failure without changing the site's results.

Minor Changes
- 42dbe0c: Add
agent-lighthouse --registry, which prints what the installed version checks: the core version, the number of audits and categories, the count per tier and the registry mass, overall and per category.--registry --jsonprints thegetRegistrySummary()object. The MCP server gains aregistry_summarytool with the same JSON. Neither runs a scan. The bundled skill now asks an agent to read the count from the tool rather than quote one.
