KNOWN BROKEN — do not use. This build crashes on startup on Mac Catalyst
(SIGABRT in mono_assembly_load_corlib — the untrimmed corelib no longer
matches the AOT data bundled alongside it). Marked as a pre-release so
brew install/brew upgrade fall back to the last good release. A fix
is in progress and will ship as a new patch version.

For-Rest 0.1.2

Fix Mac Catalyst script execution broken by BCL trimming (CS0656 on
AsyncTaskMethodBuilder.AwaitOnCompleted). Every script run was
failing on the shipped Mac Catalyst build; this restores it.

Also includes: automatic Gatekeeper unquarantine documentation for
Homebrew installs (companion to homebrew-tap#1).
