This is the QuickMD5 v0.1.0 Beta Release.

Bugs fixed:

  • Fixed issue where console would not show the name of the files/file that it is checking
  • Fixed an issue where the console would flicker very badly
  • Fixed an issue where the console would not reset the colors
  • Fixed an issue where it would say "This file is in use"

Updates:

  • Made the console title say the location of the file that it is checking
  • Made it run as administrator because sometimes if it did not have the right permissions, it would fail the checking with the error: "QuickMD5 cannot access the location: LOCATION"

Planned updates:

  • Make it show the percentage of the file it is reading
  • Add a progress bar
  • Allow the user to control the amount of threads used
