Config paths are resolved the same way on every supported PowerShell. PowerShell 7.6 made
Join-Path -ChildPath take a list, which left the -join that turned a .pscomplexity.json path into
a full one doing nothing on 7.6 and all the work on 7.0 to 7.5 -- correct on both, but impossible to
test on the newest, where the suite runs. The path's segments now go in through
-AdditionalChildPath, which behaves the same from PowerShell 6.0 on. Every path resolves exactly as
before; no score moves and no command changed.
