Forum Fortress for Discourse 0.1 alpha

First public alpha of Forum Fortress for current self-hosted Discourse.\n\nCoverage:\n- registrations before account acceptance\n- new public topics and replies before publication\n- supported public-content edits\n- supported username, name, bio, and website changes\n- native admin dashboard, connection test, regional routing, and portal login\n\nPrivate messages and staff, system, bot, and staged-user activity are deliberately excluded. Fail-open is enabled by default.\n\nInstall by adding the repository to the hooks.after_code plugin clone list in /var/discourse/containers/app.yml, then run ./launcher rebuild app. See the README and website installation guide for the full procedure.\n\nThis is an alpha release; back up the site and validate it on your Discourse version before production use.
