Missing upcoming notification for alarms

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create two alarms. First for 31 minutes from now, second one 30 minutes after that.
2. After a minute, a notification appears for the first one allowing it to be dismissed early. (Maybe not, this was working yesterday)
3. When the first alarm goes off, it can be dismissed via the notification. The second alarm will not get a notification until it is ringing.

Note: This is how I was able to replicate it yesterday, but today it doesn't work anymore. I've made a bunch of alarms today and none of them appeared early.

Expected behavior

Each alarm should have a notification appear ahead of time, not just the moment the alarm rings. If I wake up a minute before my alarm, I'd like to be able to dismiss it before it makes loud noises.

Actual behavior

The only notifications appear as the alarm rings.
