QuickPod V1.1 - Minor code refresh & Intel version initial release

The announcement of QuickPod for Apple Silicon Macs received positive feedback from testers and owners of Intel Macs have made it clear that they want in on the fun; so I fast-tracked the release of the Intel-specific version of the QuickPod Bash Script following some bugfixes, code cleanup, and review.

QuickPod_X86 has not yet been tested, but feel free to give it a go!
