Unfortunately, there is almost nothing to say... because this project was doomed from the start as it's was solo project, with models, with audio, with high detail, and manual animation. Yep, this is just too much, especially, if came unprepared.
If I would do this now, I would certainly bring some help. Maybe a team of 4-5 people at least
