New Onboarding modi (internal, external, hybrid)

With this release you can now decide if you want to capture "onboarding units" in external files or
within a code commentary block at the top of your files or a hybrid of both.

All modes allow you to decide which paths can be included/excluded.

With the hybrid you can mix internal & external documentation instead of doing only one or the other.
