…_day_state) Two sessions minted migration 92 concurrently; the uniqueness guard (test_migration_prefixes) correctly went red and blocked the deploy gate. Neither 92 has been applied to prod (deploy never ran), so renumbering is safe. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
