Implement dynamic Klipper printer configuration system

Adds a dynamic configuration system that extracts printer-specific settings from Klipper's PRINTER_VARIABLES macro in the active PRINTER_<NAME>.cfg file. Updates config.py, printer_model.py, main_controller.py, and printer_setup.py to support runtime loading and refreshing of printer configuration. Replaces deprecated utilities, introduces klipper_config_manager.py, and updates firmware configs for explicit calibration, dual nozzle, and build size variables. Documentation added for dynamic config and file permissions. Filament sensor config files renamed for clarity.
