Added PRINTER_TWINDRAGON_400_V1.cfg for the V1 variant and renamed PRINTER_TWINDRAGON_400.cfg to PRINTER_TWINDRAGON_400_V2.cfg with updated parameters. Updated printer.cfg to reference the new V1 and V2 configuration files and incremented its version to 3.5.
