Add macros and update configs for Dragon 400 TouchUI

Introduced DRAGON_MACROS.cfg and MC_INIT.cfg for enhanced macro and calibration support. Updated printer.cfg to include new macros, calibration options, and revised CAN bus UUIDs. Adjusted filament sensor messages and detection length, added IDEX variables to 500x400 config, changed kinematics in 400x300 config, and increased max_extrude_cross_section in toolhead configs. Commented out PID control in heater configs and updated door_status default in variables.cfg.
