Add support for heated filament temperature

Introduces heated filament temperature functionality across backend, API, and frontend. Updates regex validation, printer state, temperature handling, and UI to support filament heater, including new API endpoints and GCODE command handling for M142/M192. Also extends printer profiles and settings to include heated filament configuration.
