0.1.8: Add PEEK filament, update heaters and UI calibration

Added PEEK filament with 400°C to the filament list. Enhanced shutdown procedure to turn off chamber, ring, and filament/spool heaters. Temporarily disabled the input shaper calibration button in the UI and updated its icon path. Updated calibration GIF resources.
