v1.0.3

Hotfix for file extension handling

Plugin now properly handles wikilinks and conflicts with file extensions other than .md

Previously, the plugin only checked the base name of the file, and removed the extension regardless. this made it so that non-.md files were always treated as a conflict, and never got the proper extension appended. This has now been fixed.
