1.2.4 - Bug Fixxes

Installer fixes:

• Tilde expansion — ~/servers/paper now correctly resolves to /home/user/servers/paper instead of creating a literal ~ directory
• Async execution — the install now runs in a background thread and returns HTTP 200 immediately; the JS polls /api/install/progress
  and navigates when done (no more browser timeouts dropping the connection)
• Progress API — now returns done, error, and redirect fields so the frontend knows exactly when and where to navigate
• Hardcoded /home/maximt/ paths — replaced with System.getProperty("user.home") so JDK discovery works on any machine
• Start script shebang — #!/bin/bash → #!/usr/bin/env bash (portable across distros)
• Debug System.out.println — removed

Scanner fixes:

• Smarter "Scan Whole System" — instead of crawling all of / (very slow), now scans $HOME, /home, /srv, /opt, /var/minecraft — covers
  all likely server locations and is dramatically faster
• Hidden directory filter — changed from blocking ALL hidden dirs to only blocking a whitelist of known system dirs (.git, .cache,
  .config, .nvm, .cargo, etc.); servers in ~/.mc/ or ~/.servers/ are now found
• Tilde expansion — ~/servers now works in the "Scan Specific Directory" field
