1.2.5 - Scanner Fix

Installer fixes:

• Download timeout 30s → 5 min — 30 seconds was killing downloads of 50–100 MB server JARs on average connections
• Catch Throwable not just Exception — silent crashes (e.g. OutOfMemoryError) no longer leave the progress modal spinning forever
• Clean up partial directory on failure — if the download fails after the directory was created, NeoDash now recursively deletes the
  empty/partial install dir so no ghost folders are left
• Progress log shows exact resolved path (Step 3: Creating installation directory: /actual/path) so users can always see where it goes

Scanner fixes:

• hasServerJar is now precise — only matches server.jar (exact), or JARs that start with known MC server names (paper-, purpur-,
  spigot-, fabric-server-, velocity-, etc.); generic web-server.jar, spring-server.jar, etc. no longer trigger false positives
• JAR-only detection requires secondary evidence — if a directory has a server JAR but no server.properties, it's only reported if at
  least one of eula.txt, plugins/, mods/, world/, logs/, or .neodash is also present
• Deduplication — $HOME and /home/user both in the scan roots would previously return duplicate results; now deduplicated by absolute
  path
