Describe the bug

Installing BIOS 3.20.
Screen is stuck at BIOS: JFP30.03..18 —-> JFP30.03.20.
It has been stuck for almost 3 hours.
Drivers were updated a month ago to v2.08.
Laptop has AC.
Battery was set to maintain 50% charge.
Previous BIOS upgrades have not had problems.
Laptop had Bitlocker encryption on drive. I have recovery key.
I don’t know what to do.

If it has been stuck like this for hours there's nothing else you can do except press the power button for 15 seconds to shut it off .
If it does not power on again afterwards please contact support
