Installing BIOS 3.20.
Screen is stuck at BIOS: JFP30.03..18 —-> JFP30.03.20.
It has been stuck for almost 3 hours.
Drivers were updated a month ago to v2.08.
Laptop has AC.
Battery was set to maintain 50% charge.
Previous BIOS upgrades have not had problems.
Laptop had Bitlocker encryption on drive. I have recovery key.
I don’t know what to do.
