Second installable validation build of the complete MVP. Includes repository-scoped workload projection, partial reconciliation retention, bounded concurrent hydration at the 500-PR target, reviewer visibility, organization SSO diagnosis, and corrected stable bundle/release identity.\n\nThis artifact is universal (arm64 + x86_64), ad-hoc signed, and intentionally not notarized.
