• Added world-level defaults for sprite-sheet frame width, frame height, and all eight direction rows without overwriting existing Token configurations.
• Limited default direction rows to 1-16 and added safe English localization fallbacks.
• Removed direction labels and non-error status text from Token HUD sprite previews.
• Fixed unlocked HUD sprite-preview aspect ratios.
• Added a transparent 3x8 directional test sprite sheet with three frames per direction.
• Added reproducible local packaging with Windows-friendly and versioned ZIP assets.
