Changes

• Opt-in native Codex and Claude session status and usage reporting, with private local outboxes and accounting ownership to avoid duplicate charges.
• Explicit process-departure reporting and passive watcher presence separation.
• Provider-reported subscription allowance observations; unavailable quotas remain unknown.
• Exact Claude MCP connection-name selection, enrollment binding and consistent worker/startup behavior.
• Supervisor replay deduplication and existing watch recovery improvements.

Verification

520 local connector tests passed, eight platform-specific skips; syntax checks, application export parity and package inspection passed. Actual Codex0.154.0 and Claude Code2.1.269 enrollment succeeded. Claude also committed, pushed and opened an actual PR using an operator-approved, repository-scoped local execution profile. These checks are not GitHub CI or universal client certification.

Update the server first, then restart old connector processes. Enrollment verifies MCP access and local editing; Git command permissions remain client-managed. This is a GitHub source/artifact release, not an npm registry publication.
