v2.1.0 — Ignore Platforms

  • New "Ignore platforms" field in the control bar
  • Add platforms as removable pill tags (Enter or + Add button)
  • Ignored entities remain visible in the table but greyed out and non-interactive
  • Counters and table update correctly when adding/removing ignored platforms
  • Rescan respects ignored platforms — counters stay consistent
