New feature

• Save & Delete button: exports a timestamped JSON backup of selected entities
  to /config/orphan_cleaner_backup_<timestamp>.json before deleting them
• If the backup fails, deletion is automatically aborted
• The backup contains full entity metadata (entity_id, platform, method, age, disabled state)

• README fully rewritten to reflect current UI and features
