Real Claude Session Forking

This release adds real fork support that continues conversations from the parent session instead of starting fresh.

Features

• Real fork support: Press f to fork a Claude session and continue the conversation from where the parent left off
• Uses Claude's --resume and --fork-session CLI flags
• Detects active Claude session ID from ~/.claude/projects/ files
• Fork eligibility check ensures session is running before forking

Technical Changes

• Add src/core/claude.ts with session ID detection
• Fix tmux session creation to use send-keys pattern (fish shell compatible)
• Wrap complex commands in bash -c for cross-shell compatibility
