Added

• Workspace-aware console history:
  • Command history is now kept separately for each workspace folder and shared between its consoles. r.console.historyScope defaults to workspace, with an option to use a single global history. Consoles outside a workspace automatically use global history.
  • F8 opens Command History, a searchable history picker. A toggle collapses exact duplicate entries without deleting stored commands and remembers your choice across consoles and VS Code restarts.
• Added native checkbox multi-selection and Select All in the history picker, with toolbar controls for deleting selected entries and loading more history. Deleting a collapsed duplicate entry removes all matching occurrences.
• Added R Console: Delete All Command History to delete all saved history in the active console's history scope, with confirmation.

• Updated vscode-R compatibility requirements: R Console v0.5.3 requires vscode-R v3.2.0 or later. For vscode-R v3.0.1 or earlier, use R Console v0.5.2.
• History is now loaded on demand from the on-disk history file, both in the paginated history picker and during console Up/Down navigation.
• Multiple checked history entries can be restored together as one editable multiline input without executing them.
• Adapted to the latest vscode-R APIs for workspace commands, session attachment, concurrent sessions, and persistent reconnection (#1837, #1868, #1870, #1871), thanks to @eitsupi and the vscode-R contributors.
