OneWire Temperature Sensor UI Improvements

New Features

• Visual slot grid: 4x2 grid showing temperature slots T1-T8 as cards
• Status indicators:
  • ✓ Matched (green): Slot matches saved NVM
  • ⏳ Pending (purple): Local change, needs "Apply"
  • ✎ Modified (orange): Applied to device, needs "Save to Flash"
  • ★ New (blue): New sensor not yet saved
  • ⚠ Missing (orange): Saved sensor not found on bus
• Drag-and-drop: Drag sensors between slots or to/from unassigned pool
• Unassigned sensors pool: Shows new sensors not yet assigned to slots
• Smart save warning: Warns if pending changes exist before Save Mapping

Bug Fixes

• Fix serial command timing to prevent ol and on commands being concatenated
• Refresh sensor lists after Save to Flash
• Properly reconcile sensor slots with saved mapping after load
