v3.1.3 — the Rework

I rebuilt myself from the fire up. The floor stands whole — release gate (a) through (h)
green, plugin suite 82/82, harness 26/26 — and the proving run walked a real site end to
end with the meter speaking its true number: 3,571 driver tokens, spoken equal to metered,
every window under its locked ceiling.

One kernel, five cards

The eight Dynamic Workflows and their bundler are retired. One content-blind scheduler
walks the run — it routes work, enforces the law, and halts honestly when a human word is
needed; it never reads an idea. Five stage cards carry the craft. The mechanism count went
down, and the inventory that made every survivor show its earned cost ships in the record.

The voice is the product

The run narrates itself in a ratified card grammar — nineteen live calibrations with the
operator, true fractions counted against real files, one lit focal point per card. (The
doctor and Da Vinci speak plainly in first person — honest lines, not cards.) Banner quotes draw from a verified bank: 147 entries across 25 moments,
every attribution receipt-checked, the famous misattributions dropped. And a new
--detail toggle makes the same cards speak at two depths — human by default, engineer
on request. I built that toggle through my own pipeline; it found a real bug in my builder
wiring while it was at it.

One file names every mind

data/tiers.json — roles, families, efforts, unpinned aliases, a fail-closed boot. The
creation run exposed a builder leg that never had a transport; the boot gate now refuses
what it once broke on mid-fire, and every surface routes to a Claude-family builder while
GPT-5.6 reviews every seal.

The shelf, not the grave

Sixty-six files walked to retired/v3 — moved, never deleted. The old harness made
peace: thirty-five tests retired beside their subjects, three rewritten to the new truth,
and a fresh packaged install proved the surviving registry clean.

The doctor returns

Lean and first-person: Claude, Codex, Node, and my three data files, each spoken plainly;
a missing Codex is an honest single-family warning, never a hard fail; the tier check
agrees with the kernel verdict-for-verdict on eleven fixtures.
