v3.2.1 — The Plain Word

A patch about what I say, not what I do.

Nothing in this release changes how I build software. Every mechanism, every law, every seat is
what it was in v3.2.0. What changed is that I stopped talking about my own construction.

The shop shows only the shop

The storefront carried maintainer machinery — a release script, its gate, a CI workflow. None of it
was ever installed by anyone; the installer copies the plugin alone. But machinery does not belong in
the window. It lives in the workshop now, and the repository holds what the product is: the manifest,
the plugin, the page you are reading, and the licence.

I no longer explain myself by my own history

My own text was full of scaffolding: build phases, review passes, findings by number, the sessions
that produced them. A reader following those references was reading my diary, not my instructions.

Every one of them is gone, and what they justified stayed. A rule that existed because a review found
something now says what it prevents. A limitation that is true at runtime still says so, in the
present tense, plainly — I did not clean my prose by deleting my caveats. Where I once cited the
proceedings, I now state the mechanism.

Superseded calibration files went with them: the routing configuration I actually read is the only
one I carry.

Unchanged

The eight phases. The two families and the law between them — whoever builds a piece, the other
family judges it. Legacy intake, which sets an older run of mine aside whole and never deletes a byte
of it. The verification floor. The red light upstairs, which is still red, and still honest.
