DriverLens v0.1.0 — Desktop edition (ARM64)

First native release of DriverLens: a read-only, privacy-first Windows device
inventory viewer. Everything runs locally — no telemetry, no uploads, no HTTP port.

  • DriverLens_0.1.0_arm64_portable.exe — Portable app (native ARM64, PE 0xAA64) — run directly; no install.

Install / run

  • Installer: run DriverLens_0.1.0_arm64-setup.exe. Requires Windows 11 ARM64; WebView2 (normally included with Windows); PowerShell 7.
  • Portable: run DriverLens_0.1.0_arm64_portable.exe directly.
  • ⚠️ The installer is not code-signed — Windows SmartScreen may show a warning. Verify the SHA-256 above.

Verified / not verified (honest limits)

  • Verified locally on one Windows 11 ARM64 machine: 169 frontend tests, 77 Rust tests, 27 legacy-suite tests, a 12-case native WebDriver E2E run (synthetic collectors), and a real read-only scan of this PC. CI status for this exact commit is visible under Actions.
  • Not verified: clean-machine install/uninstall matrix; x86/x64 builds; any hardware matrix beyond one machine; SmartScreen warning behavior.

Privacy

Read-only inventory: the app never installs, disables, modifies, or removes drivers.
No report ever leaves your PC except when you explicitly export it. The collector
script is included in this release for transparency.
