The installation dialog box was completely uninformative, and often looked like it had just stalled out waiting for something to happen. Worse, it had a two minute timeout that did not really report that it had been hit in any effective, user-facing manner. This PR changes the way the Addon Manager reports pip progress to be much more transparent to the user, so they know that something is actually happening.
