Set up FreeCAD presence on FOSS-Friendly (and other) video platforms

In furthering the reach of FreeCAD and making all assets and releases available on freedom/privacy-respecting FOSS platforms (and others), we're branching out to a list of platforms. This list will evolve over time, and should not be considered complete or mandated- We want to reach out to people where they are and that includes those who would rather not use YouTube, which is currently our only video posting platform.

Action Items:

• TODO Set up an email account to manage these accounts
• TODO Create List of Social Media video services to post to
• TODO Set up an FPA vote to subscribe to a managed peertube instance
• TODO Sign up to these platforms
• TODO Post FreeCAD 1.1 Video to these platforms

Hey all. I'll use this to set up the Makertube account which I've been discussing with the team there for a while. FWIW It's a Peertube instance and so we wouldn't need to replicate on peertube. We should, like the anubis deployment, make a donation for federated stuff. I asked the Makertube team and they are at the $25 a year would cover our bandwidth!

I'd previously discussed with @yorikvanhavre about setting up a Makertube acc. Makertube is definitely a good home for FreeCAD on peertube and the team there are excited to have us (I was just waiting for the email stuff to resolve!) ... however there's a vote for setting up a managed instance? I would ultimately prefer that as a solution. Shall I now NOT set up a makertube account?
