LibPack 3.5.5 is a routine maintenance release. No libraries were added or removed since 3.5.3; the entire release consists of version refreshes to the bundled libraries and pip packages. The most significant of these is OpenCASCADE, which moves from the 8.0.0p1 patch release to the 8.0.1 maintenance release. Python advances to 3.14.7 and the pip set is refreshed.
Note that LibPack 3.5.4 has been withdrawn as a release -- it contained an updated to Netgen that looked like a small version bump, but that actually broke SMESH due to an API change. mypy has also been shifted back to the 1.x series, the 2.x series results in a broken stubgen.
Debugging symbol (PDB) files are available for the Release builds as a separate download for developers who need them. Debug builds include the PDB files directly in the main download.

The x64 and ARM64 LibPacks ship identical package versions except for the documented ARM64 exceptions (shapely, ifcopenshell).
ARM64 caveat: shapely remains absent from the ARM64 LibPack (PyPI publishes no ARM64 wheel and no source-build fallback is available). FreeCAD features that depend on shapely are unavailable on ARM64.
OpenBLAS, which is built only for Debug LibPacks, is deliberately held at 0.3.33. Version 0.3.34 introduces ARM64 NEON kernels written in GCC and Clang vector syntax that the MSVC compiler cannot build, so the bump must wait for upstream to guard those kernels against MSVC.
