Added

  • Settings → Tax Configuration now includes a manual tax builder: define your own tax categories for any country, each holding multiple independently named rate components (for example "Tax 1" + "Tax 2" on one category), for countries with no official tax pack or to replace one with your own rates. A three-way Turn Off Tax / Official Tax Pack / Manual Tax Rates control replaces the previous enable/disable banners.
  • The product "Tax rate group" selector now shows the resolved tax percentage next to each category (for example "Packaging (18%)"), on both the product edit form and the products list.
  • The store's TAX ID field is validated against the active country's known format (for example India's GSTIN) only while an official tax module is active for that country; manual and unconfigured setups have no format restriction.

Changed

  • Product-level loyalty cashback is now a single field: leave it blank to use the global rate, enter 0 to exclude the product, or enter any other value to override the rate for that product only. The products table shows each product's effective rate when loyalty is enabled.
  • Receipt printing now uses a single unified 58mm column width; the A4 and A5 paper size options have been removed.
  • The store details field previously labeled "Tax ID / Registration Number" is now simply "TAX ID".
  • Add-ons always follow their item's own tax category and are never taxed separately; the manual tax builder no longer offers a distinct default category for add-ons.
  • The Settings sidebar's "Store" group is renamed "General"; Printers and Tax Configuration are no longer indented under Store Details. Print Options is merged into the Printers page instead of being a separate tab.

Fixed

  • The Linux Snap package now includes the browser-support plug so it can access /dev/shm, and builds on core24 in LXD with the gnome extension.
  • The Tax Configuration page no longer logs expected "not found yet" lookups (manual pack, plugin request ticket) as console errors on a store that has never configured either.
